Well, Steve, I'm not sure this is as good as German pirate songs, but how about German opera rap? Specifically, the winners of the CBC's "Remix the Ring" contest, held to celebrate the upcoming Canadian Opera Company's performance of Wagner's Ring Cycle. Follow the link to check out Baddd Spellah's hilarious "Rhyme of the Nieblung." And he's right - if you stick it out long enough, there's a pretty good payoff.
