Your prayers are requested for the repose of the soul of the father of Hadleyblogger Mark, who passed away last Friday from complications from Farmers Lung and a variety of other diseases. Mark and his family are good friends of ours, and although we'd never met his father, it seems obvious that Mark inherited his good soul and gentle nature from his dad.
Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord,
And let perpetual light shine upon him.
May the Angels lead him into Paradise.
May the Martyrs receive him at his coming
and take him to Jerusalem, the Holy City.
May the Choirs of the Angels receive him,
and may he, with the once poor Lazarus,
have rest everlasting.
