Coo Coo Never Forgets

MARK BAVIS ARENA IN ROCKLAND, MASSACHUSETTS - NAMED FOR A VICTIM OF 9/11
The (Charleston) South Carolina Stingrays (Washington Capitals AA affiliate) president Rob (Coo Coo) Concannon doesn't forget the stories about his former teammate during his hockey playing days.

The wild "beer league" era of the ECHL is long gone, replaced by developing players, which the Washington Capitals have easily taken advantage in Charleston, even bringing their radio broadcaster to Charleston during the ECHL championship series.  Ironically, that Stingrays radio broadcaster working with the Capitals group has found himself in the Los Angeles Kings' system, in their AHL affiliate, which was the organisation that Mark Bavis was a scout when he boarded United 175, which we saw at 0903 that terrifying morning.

Tomorrow, we remember that teammate, and 2,995 others who perished at the hands of Usama's Henchmen.  And why, oh why, have we allowed New York, California, Illinois, and an entire bracket section of the nation to appease to the terrorists in Iran?
